Serves 4

¾ tsp salt
¼ tsp paprika
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp dried chili flakes
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp fresh thyme
¼ tsp fresh parsley, chopped
4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp Perricone Farms’ fresh lime juice

Mix all the spices to form a rub. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces and toss together with olive oil and lime juice. Season liberally with spice rub. Marinate for one hour in refrigerator. Place chicken on skewers leaving room to hold. Grill on medium-high heat until fully cooked, about 5-6 minutes.
Increase or decrease amount of cayenne and chili flakes depending on how spicy you are feeling.
