Serves 4

1 lb tilapia
3 Tbsp Perricone Farms’ fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 lemon, sliced thin
Salt & fresh ground black pepper to taste
Parchment cooking bags

Preheat oven to 375° F. Pat dry fillets and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Season with garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Place fish inside parchment cooking bag(s), top with lemon slices and fold tightly. Bake in an oven until flakey and tender, about 30 minutes.
This recipe works well with any white fish.
