Serves 4

¼ cup Perricone Farms’ grapefruit juice
¼ cup Perricone Farms’ lime juice
Black pepper to taste
½ cup olive oil
Salt to taste
1 lb beef (flank or skirt)

Place beef into a glass container with a lid. Add the grapefruit and lime juices, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Close and shake the ingredients so they mix well together. Refrigerate 4 to 8 hours.

Preheat grill to high. Sear steak for 4-5 minutes on each side. Remove from heat and let rest 10 minutes before cutting.
Cut into thin slices and serve in burritos, tacos, or on top of salads.
Grill some onions and bell peppers
for a great fajita plate!
