2 oz premium vodka
1 ½ oz Perricone Farms’ fresh grapefruit juice
1 oz rosemary simple syrup (recipe below)
Dash of orange bitters
Rosemary sprig for garnish

Rosemary Simple Syrup
In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water and 6 rosemary sprigs to a boil; dissolve 2 cups ultra fine sugar into boiling mixture, stirring constantly. Lower the heat and simmer until the liquid is clear, about 5 minutes. Let cool; discard the rosemary. May be stored in refrigerator for up to one month.

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake well. Strain into a martini glass, and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
Farm-fresh herbs meet city-style with this concoction. The subtle tart of the grapefruit, with the soft nose of herbal rosemary, makes this drink something you'll want to sip slowly, savoring the nuances. Note the perfect balance of sweet and savory. We recommend picking up your rosemary fresh from the nearest farmer’s market.
