TANGERINE WINTER MOJITO
Serves 6


2 cups Perricone Farms’ tangerine juice
¼ cup Perricone Farms’ lime juice
½ cup simple syrup
1 cup mint leaves
1 ½ cups chilled club soda
1 cup white rum

Muddle the mint leaves with the simple syrup in a pitcher. Add ice, rum, the tangerine and lime juices and mix well. Top off with club soda and stir slowly. Serve over ice. Enjoy!
You can make this recipe ahead of time.
Just don’t add the ice or club soda until you are ready to serve.
