OLD FASHIONED

GLASS: ROCKS
METHOD: STIRRED
ICE: LARGE CUBE

2 oz bourbon
2 dashes orange bitters
½ oz maraschino liqueur
½ oz Perricone Farms’ fresh orange juice
Orange peel for garnish

Combine all ingredients except the orange peel in a rocks glass, add ice and stir with bar spoon for about 30 seconds until chilled. Using the orange peel, spray citrus into glass and rim outside glass. Garnish with the orange peel on top of glass.
Our nod to a timeless classic, we’ve added
our own splash…of fresh squeezed orange
juice and peel.

Best stirred with a classic long-stemmed
bar spoon, but if you don’t have one, don’t
worry, it'll still taste grand.
