TEQUILA LIME COCKTAIL

GLASS: MASON JAR
METHOD: SHAKEN
ICE: CUBED

2 oz tequila
2 oz Perricone Farms’ fresh lime juice
2 oz simple syrup
1 sprig rosemary
6 mint leaves
2 basil leaves
½ - 1 oz ginger beer
Lime wheel for garnish

Muddle rosemary delicately (don't grind it down) in a cocktail shaker, add basil, continuing to tap gently with the muddler. Then, add simple syrup and mint leaves, letting it macerate. Add remaining ingredients, ice and shake well. Pour over glass of ice and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Our favorite day to drink this refreshingly fragrant herbal concoction is after a trip to our local farmer's market. So grab your tote bag and head over to pick up some fresh bundles of mint & basil and some sprigs of aromatic rosemary.
