GLASS: HIGHBALL
METHOD: SHAKEN
ICE: CUBED

1 oz amaro
1 oz sweet vermouth
1 oz Perricone Farms’ Blueberry Ginger Lemonade
1 oz Perricone Farms’ fresh lime juice
2 oz ginger beer
Lime wheel for garnish

Combine all but ginger beer into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake well. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wheel.
This is the perfect balance - refreshing
with a slightly bitter bite.
