ROSEMARY RUBY COCKTAIL
2 oz premium vodka
1 ½ oz Perricone Farms’ fresh grapefruit juice
1 oz rosemary simple syrup (recipe below)
Dash of orange bitters
Rosemary sprig for garnish
Rosemary Simple Syrup
In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water and 6 rosemary sprigs to a boil; dissolve 2 cups ultra fine sugar into boiling mixture, stirring constantly. Lower the heat and simmer until the liquid is clear, about 5 minutes. Let cool; discard the rosemary. May be stored in refrigerator for up to one month.
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake well. Strain into a martini glass, and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
