ICE: CUBED

1 ¾ oz Dark Aged Rum
1 oz Perricone Farms’ lime juice
¾ oz dark agave nectar
1 ¾ oz Perricone Farms’ grapefruit juice
4 dashes peach bitters
Maraschino cherry for garnish

Fill a cocktail shaker with large ice cubes and add all ingredients. Shake well and strain into a Collins glass with ice. Garnish with maraschino cherry.
