SUNSHINE SANGRIA
Serves 6


1 cup Perricone Farms’ apple juice
½ cup pear-flavored vodka
1 bottle Prosecco
¼ cup of thinly sliced candied ginger
1 pear, sliced

Add all ingredients, except Prosecco. Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. When ready to serve, top off the pitcher with Prosecco.

Serve in ice-filled, white wine glasses.
Refreshing and crisp.
This is a perfect Summer drink.
