MOCK APPLE JULEP

GLASS: HIGHBALL
METHOD: SHAKEN
ICE: CUBED

⅓ cup Perricone Farms’ apple juice
2 oz Perricone Farms' fresh lemon juice
1 ½ oz Perricone Farms' fresh orange juice
1 ½ oz pineapple juice
Mint leaves
Ginger beer
Pineapple and a mint sprig for garnish

Muddle 8 mint leaves with lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Add remaining ingredients, ice and shake well. Pour over glass of ice and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a piece of pineapple and a mint sprig.
